Cayenne pepper , apple cider vinegar , lemons , grape fruit and coriander leafs are known for their ability to burn fat .I also add turmeric for its amazing antioxidant ability . Of-course in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise you can see an improvement in your weight and health, i usually like making this drink after my cheat meals .
