This video is showing you week 7 of my 8 week body transformation challenge. In this weeks healthy vlog, I talk about why I am not weighing myself anymore, a lack of motivation, a new fitness challenge for after this current 8 week challenge, my meals for the week, my new healthy breakfast obsession, I show you one of my fat burning workouts, and show you a healthy choc chip cookie recipe made with chickpeas. Healthy Choc Chip Cookie Recipe:
400g Chickpeas
1/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
Tablespoon of Rice Malt Syrup
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Teaspoon of Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons of Spelt Flour
95% Dark Chocolate

Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees

1. Combine all ingredients, except the dark chocolate, in blender to a dough consistency
2. Roughly chop up the dark chocolate and fold into mixture
3. Wet hands and roll mixture into balls, flatten with a spoon
4. Bake for 12-13 minutes
