Diving right into yet another HIIT workout. These fat burning workouts target the entire body using a combo of strength and cardio focused exercises. Build lean muscle, improve endurance and burn some serious calories. All you need to do is follow along!
Breakdown: Full body HIIT circuit 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!
