15 min fat burning workout at home or outside during lockdown ,no equipment need follow along 6 exercises , each exercise 30 seconds and
15 seconds rest in between each exercise for beginners and advanced exercise first is a demo and then get started do 2 circuits in total less than 15 minutes ,Aim to do something everyday that pushes you forward.
make sure you warm up for 10 minutes and do light stretching before you start.
