Are you ready to Work up a Sweat? Well if you are, then Lets HIIT it! This is a 14 Minute Total body HIIT CARDIO Workout with a variety of exercises and no repeats. Each exercise is 40 seconds with 15 second breaks. It moves very quickly so try your best to keep up and really engage your muscles in everything you do. We want to get the most out of every move we make. Keep your core tight and move at your own pace. As with all my workout routines, make it best for you and where you are at. I have included a Great Full Body Stretch Routine at the end so stick around after the workout is complete.
