TABATA Style Workout | 45-Minute Fat Burning Workout | At-home Workout

What is Tabata? True Tabata is a workout that typically lasts four minutes for one set. In this session, I picked 2 exercises that I alternate for a total of 8 rounds using the following structure:
* Work out for 20 seconds
* Rest for 10 seconds
* Complete 8 rounds
* Rest 1 minute before commencing the next set (2 new exercises)
You can do pretty much any exercise you wish.
