Hello! Welcome back!
I want to share with you this 4 min full body workout. Interval 20″ work/10″ rest. 8 exercises in total. I normally do this workout 3 times with 3-4 mins rest between rounds but it’s up to you.You could do a low impact version in some of the high impact exercises.ENJOY!
Quiero compartir con vosotros este circuito de 4 minutos de ejercicios para todo el cuerpo con un banco o caja. Intervalo 20″ ejercicios /10″ descanso. 8 ejercicios en total. Normalmente hago 3 veces este circuito con unos 3-4 minutos de descanso, pero puedes hacerlo las veces que quieras. Puedes hacer una versión de bajo impacto de algunos ejercicios. A disfrutar.
