HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods

The exercise list are
1.side lunges raise 10_15 reps
2.reverse lunges raise 10_15 reps
3.mountain climbers 30 reps or 15 secs
4.leg raises 12 reps
5.lying toe touches 9 reps each side
6.reverse crunches 12 reps
7.abs lock rolls 12 reps
8.crab leg raise 15 reps
9.prisoner pogo kneels 6 reps
