This calorie – torching cardio & sculpting tabata workout is one of our hardest ever, but it will give you amazing results!!! Tabata is form of HIIT that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four exercises.
We will do 4 different sets and each sets we have 4 exercises and repeat each set for 4 times. If you are beginner just repeat only 2 times. After completition of each set take 1 minute rest.
You don’t need any equipment for the workout, but do grab a towel and a bottle of water – you are going to need both. Then press play and get ready to sweat, tone and burn!!!
