What is Tabata?
Tabata is a workout that lasts four minutes only for one set, but it’s likely to be one of the longest four minutes you’ve ever endured. The structure of the program is as follows:
* Work out hard for 20 seconds
* Rest for 10 seconds
* Complete 8 rounds
* 8 rounds(4 minutes) = 1 set
You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Do complete 3-4 sets of 8 rounds to burn maximum calories.

We have kept 8 different exercises on each round to keep the workout more interesting and fun. Our 4-minutes fat burning tabata workout routine looks like this:
1. Burpees To Squat
2. Arm Raise Plank T Rotation
3. Star Jump
4. Push ups toe Touch
5. Shuffle Plyo Lunges
6. Military Plank to Shoulder Tap
7. Mountain Climber to Cross
8. Crunch shadow Punches
