We live in a frenetically overstimulating world.
Slowing down…. being still…. focusing on what some would call quiet, (The ambient sounds that surround us) is a challenge.
Honestly, in the times we live in, mastering this stillness could be considered an art form.
This is an original short-form documentary showcasing the ancient technique of Mokuhanga, or wood block print making.
We follow artist, Andy Farkas through his production process of a singular artwork print. In doing so, we have the chance to slow down, to revel in story and stillness.
