Snacking Prevents Fat Burning


Every time you eat you elevate insulin levels

Elevated insulin stops fat burning and starts energy storing

Insulin levels can remain elevated for 2-4 hours after you eat

So if you’re eating every 3-4 hours or nibbling all day – chances are you aren’t BURNING FAT

1. Limit meals to 2-3 per day- no snacks

2. Compress your eating window to 12 hours at most. 7am-7pm
Then try to make that 10, 8 or 6 hours

3. Eat whole food, prioritizing animal protein like meat and eggs.
Avoid alcohol & processed food like sugar, processed grains and vegetable oils
