I tried Rain (비) ’s Intense 10-Minute Tabata KPOP Workout! I saw Rain doing this workout on his channel and I wanted to share it with you guys (since this is the perfect at-home quarantine workout). You do need dumbbells, but if you don’t have any at home, feel free to use 2 items of the same weight instead! I only did his Tabata circuit 3 times as a warm-up before I did my actual workout, but feel free to do it as many times as you can. He does this workout for 30-min to 1 hour, but please listen to your body and don’t push yourself too hard (to avoid any injuries).
