Ingredients
For dressing
Lemon – 3 tbsp
Honey/ jaggery powder – 1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
Rock Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp

For Salad
Quinoa – 1&1/2 cup cooked
Pineapple – 2/3 cup diced
Carrot – 1 grated
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Paneer – 1/2 cup diced
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Basil Leaves – 3-4
Green Chilli – 2 finely chopped
Mint leaves – 1 tsp finely chopped
Sweet corn – 3 tbsp boiled
Roasted peanuts – 3 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds – 3 tbsp
Raisins – 10-12
Seeds (Pumpkin, Flax seeds & sesame seeds ) – 2-3 tbsp
