Yay! My favourite day is here! (Chloé…not Ludvig, haha). Today is a 20 Minute Sweaty Fat Burning HIIT Session! The aim of HIIT is to exert your full energy and give the workout 110%. You’ll have little recovery periods to catch your breath and drink some water, plus it’s only 20 minutes out of your day – so give it your ALL! You’ll burn a bunch of calories too – Ludvig burnt 300 calories according to his Garmen!
Remember, there is NO EQUIPMENT needed for any of these workouts! Just yourself and maybe a friend to help push you through. Make sure you have some water and get warmed up before you start. Here’s my Six Minute warm up – https://youtu.be/e6VPGQYtC6Y

Monday – ‘Day 1 Workout’ Full Body Toning and Cardio – 45 Minutes
Tuesday – ‘Day 2 Workout’ Total Core Burner – 20 Minutes
Wednesday – ‘Day 3 Workout’ Leg & Glute Builder – 40 Minutes
Thursday – ‘Day 4 Workout’ Upper Body and Core Strength – 30 Minutes
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – ‘Day 5 Workout’ Full Body Functional Movement – 30 Minutes
Sunday – ‘Day 6 Workout’ Sweaty HIIT – 20 Minutes / Alternatively, take another rest day!
