The Tempest Lifestyle Combat Body Challenge is a 6 week body transformation coaching program. Throughout the 6 weeks you will receive coaching from weight loss and fitness experts Peter & Janine Wilson. Both os them ex professional kickboxers who have been running full time kickboxing and fitness gyms in the UK and Spain for over 25 years.
The challenge also offers a food and nutrition plan. This plan has a meal plan for every day over the 6 week period so you never have to think about your meals, it is just laid out for you. To go along with the meal plans there is shopping list so you can just buy what you need as quick as possible and not be wandering around the supermarket deciding what to buy.
You will also be able to see their workout routines that you can simply replicate either at home or at the gym, it’s up to you.
There is an accountability support group so that you can be held accountable for your challenge, but also support others as well as get support. You will also soon be able to access their fitness app giving you the opportunity to do your workouts wherever you are and at any time you please.
