Today, I am going to show you the power of burpee jumps in burning our fat.
To burn the fat, we need to keep our heart rate at a high level, like 120 for one minute.
It took me about 19 minutes to do 150 burpee jumps in a row. Once finished, I measured my heart rate, it is around 140 in one minute!!! And my weight is 159.4 lbs!!! I totally lost 2.6 lbs after 150 burpee jumps.
If you are going to try, please make sure you are comfortable, and do not go to a high heart rate at begininig, always stay safe.
