90 degree jump squats
8 mountain climbers & 8 high knees

Sprinter burpees
Slalom climbers

Ski jumps
Prisoner jump squats

Heisman shuffle
Vertical jump & broad jump
Rest
Ice skaters
Jumping lunges
Rest
Left lateral lunge & knee lift
1 squat thrust and plank jacks
Rest
Right lateral lunge & knee lift
Pop squats
Rest
Right reverse lunge with jump knee
Left reverse lunge with jump knee
Rest
Jumping squats
1 star jump, 4 jumping jacks
Rest
1 bodyweight squat and 1 jump squat
Cross climbers

Repeat above routine

Adductor squat jumps to finish
