Plyometric Cardio Circuit With Weights // 30 Minute Fat Burning Plyo Workout At Home

PLYOMETRIC CARDIO CIRCUIT WITH WEIGHTS – 25 MINUTE PLYO WORKOUT AT HOME // Try our brand new plyometric cardio circuit with weights. This is an intense high intensity plyometric cardio circuit featuring 5 rounds of exercises where we’ll be working hard for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest in between exercises.

Plyometric training is great for conditioning and fat burning. Make sure you do a thorough warm up before doing this plyometric circuit. I personally spent around 20 minutes warming up before filming this workout.

Jumping squats
Dumbbell reverse lunges
Jumping lunges

Power push-ups
Dumbbell front squats
