Ok guys in today’s NO REPEAT, NO JUMPING, NO EQUIPMENT workout we will be pushing through 30 bodyweight low impact exercises in 30 minutes! Working hard for a FULL 45 seconds with a 15 second rest-transition.
It’s going to be fast, fun, and sweaty!! If you want a longer 60 minute workout, just repeat the whole workout again!! …with 30 exercises to perform, it will STILL feel like a NO REPEAT!! I have included a warm-up in today’s video, so all you need to do is grab your water bottle and towel,
