NO EQUIPMENT HIIT WORKOUT || FAT BURNING LOW IMPACT HOME WORKOUT

In this video I show you a fat burning no equipment no jumping HIIT workout. I do the whole workout with you so you can follow along! If you’re looking to tone up, lose weight or just get fit then this workout is for you! You can do it at home, in a hotel room – or anywhere! And you don’t need any equipment!! And the workout is less than 30 minute long.

It’s 4 circuits, each one has 3 exercises which you repeat 3 times. Every exercise is 30 seconds and you have 15 seconds rest.
