There are two seperate circuits that make up this cardio strength workout no equipment.
Circuit 1 (strength) 2 sets x 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
*1 minute rest
Circuit 2 (Cardio) 4 sets x 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest
This 30 minute cardio & strength training workout requires no equipment at all, so you can work up a sweat no matter where you are.
Just go grab your towel and your water bottle and we’ll be all set to HIIT it out together.
