This workout is a real CHALLENGE, you will get your BODY RUNNING AT FULL SPEED! 🥇 You can do this workout on days you are short on time and want an intensive metabolism boost. This high intensity full body workout requires only a mat, it is suitable for intermediates and advanced as some exercises are perfomed during 60 seconds. However, work at the intensity and pace that suits you!

👉🏼 Today, you are going to perform 2 series of exercises in a degressive style. This means that the time of each exercise decreases as the training progresses.
Each circuit will be repeated alternatively 3 times! Between each serie, please make sure you rest completely during the 20 seconds of break. The structure of your workout is the following :

CIRCUIT 1 (ROUNDS : 60 SEC, 40 SEC, 10 SEC) :

JUMPING JACKS
SIDE PLANK KNEE
HIGH KNEES
SIDE RUN

CIRCUIT 2 (ROUNDS : 40 SEC, 30 SEC, 20 SEC) :
