2. Low plank to high plank (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
3. High burpee (3 Sets Of 5 Repetitions)
4. Toe touches (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
5. Squat jump (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
6. Side plank (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
7. Alternate lunges (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
8. Jumping jack (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions)
9. Hip thrust (3 Sets of 15 Repetitions)
10. Butt kicks (3 Sets of 10 Repetitions from Each Leg)
