This is my miracle fat burning drink that I consume on mornings
One week in, One week out, as I believe everything in moderation.
2 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
2 sticks cinnamon
5 cups water
Boil all ingredients for about ten minutes.
Set aside to cool and strain.
Pour in a bottle and store in refrigerator
Consume one glass first thing when you wake up on an empty stomach.
