eighth (8) workout in a cycle of 9 workouts.
The workout takes place in interval mode. In the third week, we work 50 seconds and rest 10 seconds, in the first circle 7 rounds, in the rest 6 rounds, 1 minute rest between the circles, there are 3 circles in total.

!!! Remember !!! that it is better to do fewer reps, but WITH BETTER technique, controlling all the muscles in the body than many reps, but without attention to technique. If you feel that you are losing technique, replace the exercise with an easier option, slow down or continue with less weight or no weight at all, but do not stop.
If you don’t have dumbbells, do this workout without weight, or use bottles of water or sand. I have 3 kg dumbbells each.
