This lower body workout can be done anywhere. It takes less than 15 minutes to do, feel free to press pause on the rests if you need more than the 15 seconds. Have some fun with this one, we’re so glad you’re here.
These movements will target all of your major muscle groups in your lower body and raise that heart rate to burn some calories and break a sweat at home.
– 3-4 sets
– 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
– 30 seconds break in between sets
1. Squat Oblique Twist
2. 2x Squat Pulses
3. Squat to Jack
4. Duck Walks
