⏱A beginner friendly, low impact, fat burning workout💪

You can follow along with Justin, or set up your timer for 30 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Here’s what it’ll look like:

🔥 Side Step Star Jumps – 30 secs
🔥 Switch Step – 30 secs
🔥 Standing Rope Pull – 30 secs

⏱Rest for 20 secs between each movement.

Repeat 2-4 times.
