This is a traditional tabata workout that will target your Obliques and Cardio!

Lets get to the workout:

Circuit #1: Perform 20-seconds ON, 10-seconds REST on the following exercises. Complete 4 rounds!

-Tuck Jumps
-Rocking Planks Side To Side

After 4-rounds, rest for one minute and move to circuit #2

-Squat to Squat Jumps
-Russian Twist
