Figure 8 + Swing + High Pull (right) – 12 reps
Figure 8 + Swing + High Pull (left) – 12 reps
Figure 8 + 1-Arm Swing + Snatch (right) -10 reps
Figure 8 + 1-Arm Swing + Snatch (left) – 10 reps
Figure 8 + 2-Arm High Pull + Burpee – 18 reps
Try to perform each exercise for number of reps listed. After completion of exercise move IMMEDIATELY to next exercise sequence. Complete 1 round then repeat if desired.
