COMPLEX A

A1 Clean to Press
A2 Kettlebell Swing
A3 Single Arm Upright Row (20 sec per side)
A4 Stationary Side Lunge

COMPLEX B
B1 Split Squat w/ Overhead Press (L)
B2 Split Squat w/ Overhead Press (R)
B3 Single Leg Deadlift w/ row (L)
B4 Single Leg Deadlift w/ Row (R)
B5 Speed skaters

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest 20 seconds between exercises. Upon
completion of round rest 60 seconds then repeat for a total of 4 rounds (2 rounds per complex).
