b) Close Grip Push Ups (3 sets : 10 reps)
c) BANDED Kettlebell Towel Curls (3 sets : 10 reps) [72 lb. kettlebell + Mini-Band]
d) Kettlebell Towel Curls (3 sets : 10 reps)
e) Farmers Walk Drop Set (3 sets : 2 Descending Weights – 100 ft./weight) [97 lb. & 72 lb. kettlebells]
{Rest No More Than 3 Minutes Between Rounds}
