Here we go, Intermediate fat burning bodyweight workout is out!
If you are an intermediate trying to lose fat and don’t want to go to the gym, and you are looking for what to do but it all seems too easy or too difficult for you, today i’m going to show you a Fat Burning Bodyweight Workout for Intermediate that you can easily do at home, No Equipment needed!
With this fat burning workout you can train at home every day you have some free time, and when it will be too easy for you, you will proceed to the Advanced level!
I suggest you to do a little 5 minutes warm up to let the blood starts flowing into muscles before start the workout.
[INTERMEDIATE] FAT BURNING BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT // Train at HOME no Equipment (lose fat)
0:21 1. Close to Wide Squat
1:02 2. Side Heel Touch
1:41 3. Push Ups
2:21 4. Back Extensions
3:01 5. Hip Thrust
3:41 6. Contralateral Plank
4:21 7. Burpees
5:01 8. Boxe
5:31 REST 1 MINUTE
5:51 1. Jump Lunges
6:31 2. Diamond Push Ups
7:10 3. Narrow Squat
7:51 4. Knee to Elbow Plank
8:31 5. Jump Jack
9:10 6. Close to Wide Push Ups
9:50 7. Reverse Crunches
10:30 8. Run
30 seconds work + 10 seconds rest, repeat for 3-4 rounds with 1-2 minutes rest between each workout.
