This quick and intense at home HIIT workout is the ultimate fat shredder.
It is a no repeat workout, but if you fancy an extra challenge you can do it twice.
Each exercise is 40s, followed by a 10s break. This is a bodyweight workout so you won’t need any equipment but please make sure you keep hydrated and don’t forget to warm up before starting.
