INTENSE FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT – Torch calories and fire up every muscle group with this full body kettlebell workout you can do in just 30 minutes.
There are 2 Circuits that make up this HIIT kettlebell workout. Complete each exercise for 2 sets before moving onto the next working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Have 1 minute rest between circuits.
You’ll need a light to moderately heavy kettlebell to complete this kettlebell HIIT. I used a 12kg kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
