Today’s Tabata workout is INTENSE!! We are combining some serious fat burning exercises into one crazy sweat sesh. Each tabata circuit includes cardio and ab exercises and then we will burn out the glutes with a booty tabata circuit at the end. A little different format than a traditional tabata – I hope you’re up for the challenge and I hope you like it!
