I’m back with another video, and this time I’m going to be showing you guys my HIIT routine for burning fat and toning legs! I’m not going to lie, this workout was really hard for me to get through, so I’d say it’s more on an intermediate level. But I love a challenge! High intensity interval training is a great form of cardiovascular training. So if you’re trying to burn fat while keeping your legs nice and toned, this is a great workout video for that!
