There are 3 Circuits that make up this total body no repeat workout. Complete each circuit of movements, working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Have 1 minute rest between circuits.
All you need to complete this Full Body No Repeat HIIT is a moderately heavy to heavy set of dumbbells. I used 1 set of 5kgs dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
