This is a 30 min full body workout! No repeat! No equipment! No jumping! So totally apartment friendly workout! Let’s do this!
This real time workout consists of 30 exercises targeting every muscle group in your body including quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, abs, back, chest, shoulders and arms!
We are using our body weight only so no equipment needed but you might want to use a mat especially for ab exercises.
Each exercise is performed for 45s following with 15s of rest. Once you complete that exercise you are done with it!
Listen to your body and make this workout yours! Take a break if you need to and come back! Don’t quit! We are in this together!
