HYPERFOCUS TRAINING pt 4/4 – Full Body Fat burning depletion

The last and final instalment on the summary of what a day in the life looks like for our training camps in Vienna Austria whilst training at Das Gym . In this episode I take you through a full body depletion workout which hits the entire body with 1-2 exercises in order to deplete as much glycogen as possible. Lower glycogen stores means more of the energy starts being used from fats. When glycogen is lower its tougher to get a good pump but thats all part of the process when burning fat. You have to look worse ( flat and un vascular ) before you look better. Hang in there !
