40 seconds work x 2 ( minimum of 1 minute rest in between!!)
– jumping jacks
– mountain climbers
– seal jacks
– walking plank
– jump squats
– shoulder tap
Boxing round – 3 minute each round!!
– jab cross
– left hook, right hook X 2 , jab , cross
– left uppercut and right uppercut X 2 , left hook , cross
– left uppercut, right uppercut, left hook , right hook , jab , cross
– jab , cross , left hook , cross , left uppercut, right uppercut, cross
