Rather than using processed honey in this recipe, we used raw honey; while the change might seem small, the added benefits are plentiful. Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of raw honey
½ juiced lemon
A few Tulasi (holy basil) leaves

Steps:
Pour 1 cup of water into a pot and put the stove on medium flame
Once the water starts to boil, add in 1 tsp of cumin seeds
Boil this water for 3 to 4 minutes until the water turns yellow; then turn off the stove.
Let the water cool to a warm temperature
Once the cumin water has reached the desired temperature, filter and pour it into a cup
Add in 1 tsp of honey (raw honey is preferred, as it has more benefits than processed honey)
Get 1/2 a lemon and juice it
Add in the lemon juice to the cumin water and mix well
Add in few holy basil or tulasi into the water and mix lightly
Drink it while it is lukewarm and chew the basil leaves.
This should be consumed first thing in the morning. Do not eat or drink anything until after 1 hour
If you can also do an exercise like walking or yoga; this drink helps reduce belly fat quickly
