My favorite two methods for burning fat fast are resistance training and high intensity interval training. Although, this is not the only way. You could also burn fat performing mild bouts of cardio such as jogging, swimming, skating, or even walking believe it or not.
When your nutrition is on point, your fat burning potential increases exponentially!
I prioritize resistance training and high intensity interval training as they are the best deposits you can make into your fitness bank account.
You see, as you consistently invest in exercise with the proper nutrition in place, you are building muscle.
Building muscle needs to be your number one goal.
Building muscle doesn’t make you bulky or large by any means.
Building muscle simply makes you look freaking good.
The more muscle you build, the more aesthetic you look, plain and simple.
Everyone is naturally genetically predisposed to only build so much muscle naturally. So trust me, if you don’t want to over do it, don’t worry, you won’t.
Focus on being strong, focus on your nutrition, and be sure to spike your hear rate up with some of my 10 minute workouts and you’ll be on your way to looking better than ever.
Don’t forget to also practice your mobility. Roll out those tight muscles so you can stay loose, limber, and enhance the definition of your muscles with the increased circulation of blood flow.
