How To Build Bulging Biceps With Lighter Weights!

Who’s ready to build bulging biceps?! A question I always get is, “How can I build more muscle without having to add extra load?”, so today we’re doing 1 1/4s which is a really great way to create more tension in your biceps without having to add extra load.
