2) Flat Bench DB Extensions – 3 sets x 8-10 reps
2) Barbell Killer 21’s 3 sets x 7/7/7 (watch 2:47)
3) Seated DB Behind Head Extension – 3 sets x 8-12 reps (add weight)
3) Advance DB Hammer Curls 3 sets x 5/5/5 (watch 3:48)
4) E-Z Curl Spider Curls 3 sets x 12-15 reps (watch 4:40)

20 close grip pushups + then rest for 20 seconds
15 close grip pushups + then rest for 15 seconds
12 close grip pushups + then rest for 12 seconds
