The Complete Schedule of the exercises is a follows:
1. Backward 7’S
2. Bicycle V UPs
3. Bottom UPs
4. Heaven Presses
5. KTE Crunches
6. Mountain Climbers
7. Threading the Needle
Do a minimum of 12-15 reps each with 5-7 sec rest between each set. and for better results repeat the cycle twice.
