A no equipment fat burning workout for beginners , you can do anywhere and follow easily.

The HIIT workout :- each exercise is to be performed for 40 sec and followed by 20 sec rest. It’s a circuit of 4 exercises repeated 4 times.

1. Alternating side lunges
2. Sumo squat pulse
3. Kneel to squat
4. Knee taps

× 4 times

Cool down for 5-10 min with some light stretching.
