In this high-intensity cardio bodyweight workout from, you’ll spike your heart rate at home! No equipment needed! This is a 20 mins cardio abs workout that will help you get that flat belly and toned abs in no time.
Make sure you do a short warm-up first and then get started with the workout. Do each move in this HIIT circuit for 30 seconds. At the end of each circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit five times.
