Glutes and Core Resistance Band Workout for Toning and Fat burning

COMPLEX A (Perform 3 rounds)

1) Banded Squats
2) Banded Pulse Squats
3) “In and Out” Jump Squats

COMPLEX B (Perform 3 rounds)

4) Hip Thrusts
5) Unilateral Hip Thrust (alternate legs at “beep”)
6) Plank Toe Taps

Perform each exercise in Complex A for 30 seconds. At completion of round rest 1 minute. repeat for 3
rounds then proceed to Complex B for 3 rounds. (6 rounds in total 3 + 3)
