The workout:
1.Triangle press 20 reps
2.Half burpees 20 reps
3.Lateral lunge to single arm press 15 reps each side
4.Skaters 30 reps
5.Bent over row to single leg reverse lunge 10 reps each leg
6.single arm lat pull downs 15 reps each arm
7.pulsating jumping split squats 20 reps
Repeat 3-4 times
